ULTRAMARINE ASSUALT TROOPS 40K

HI All,
just thought id share my latest figure project with yee. I decieded to get back into 40K to do as a side project between builds, and the first set i picked up was an Assualt Marines set consisting of a squad of five marines

i went for the standard Ultramarine paint scheme as i fancied the challanged of doing a monotoned scheme yet finding ways to add depth and light values to the armor and after a couple of weeks worth of sessions (the first figure taking the longest) i was left with this :)

thanks bill, i do like painting these guys as i get to experiment with light and shade methods. I plan to do a few more step by step threads in the future when i pick up so new sets

They look kewl to me.
I have recently gotten into WARMACHINE. I think the warjacks and other figs. are just way kewl.
