Triger airbrush

I've been thinking that I want to try a trigger airbrush myself, to see if it's easier to control than one with a knob on top with my fingers that have become too stiff for my liking. The problem is: How? 
Maybe I should just buy a cheap one like this, but with a smaller nozzle,¹ to test it

I was considering looking into this as well.
This one has a .28mm, .5mm, and .7mm. Not sure if I would ever use a .7.

I can't imagine that it's any more difficult to clean than any other AB
