I just received a set of the exquisit MasterClub resin tracks but I need the rivet counters out their to tripple check me on the pins. Half have round heads:

the other half are flat:

I think that the rounds go on the inside edge and the flats on the outside but I'd like a few thumbs up from the experts before I get 440 pins in wrong. :)

Well, I'm not a Tiger expert but I do believe you are right. On the real track, you can't see the inside parts of the pins as they sit snugly within the track shoe itself, with the outside of the track run having the exposed, serviceable part for repair/removal etc.

MasterClubs ey? sweet, haven't seen nor used them in a while. I like them a lot though, even better than Friuls IMO (you can get a correct tracklink count per link - 96 - well, not that I'm a rivet counter though ;D )

You are both right, the rounded one goes on the inside and the flats on the outside

Cheers
