Sometimes when I click to open a thread for viewing, from the various forum index/list page, the date/time stamp does not appear in the response header bars.

Here's the date/time stamp I mean:
[ATTACH=full]104267[/ATTACH]

Sometimes, that does not appear when the page loads. If I refresh the page (eg, with F5, or the browser refresh icon), then it loads successfully.

I'm running Chrome v115.0.5790.171 on Win10. I haven't looked at other browsers or platforms to see if this occurs elsewhere; primarily I'm on a Win10 laptop and use Chrome and Firefox.

Low impact/severity.
