I finally decided on the specifics of the outer elements of the crown -- manufacturing parts is in progress .

I gotta say I am really looking forward to seeing what the heck this is you are building.
To me B.E.R.T. refers to Bit Error Rate Testing which was a term I became familiar with back in the
”before time” of my data networking sales days. I doubt that you are building a piece of test equipment though.

I ordered a gallon of butyl acetate for all this scratch building ,
since there wasn't a price break for 5 gallons
You'd think there would be since the quart price per volume is 2 and 1/4 times the gallon price .
