Hi Guys

This is a new outing for me but I fancied a change and must admit I fully enjoyed just painting a kit with no real construction involved for a change. This was all done with acrylics the lenses were topped with Ranger glossy accents to make them look glassy

I'm not an expert on bust's but this one was really excellent quality everything was crisp and sharp and made painting a dream

The base was made with balsa filled with plaster to give it some stability and then scored to make the planks in the ammo box, stained wood colours and then I used the hairspray technique to give the weathering on the green top coat.

Thanks for looking

Really nice.. I like the green on the goggles. What paint did you use for that?

Thanks for the comments guys, this one was a real pleasure to paint

Hook, the goggles were just painted with vallejo acrylics, i started by painting the area dark blue and then kept adding yellow a bit at a time to take me gradually though the different shades of green until the final dots of yellow. to get the shine i used a product called glossy accents by ranger which i just painted on and it gives the high shine
