Spud, I'm so glad I stuck to wingy things. ;D This looks awesome.

Sorry, I'm just getting caught up - there are a tons of threads going on and I'm losing track of some fantastic builds...

Its not Dead yet....

i decided to dig into the engine the other day to try get this rolling again and its worked, i now have the bottom half complete and ready for paint the tracks are sniped and in baskets ready for assembly later today so afater that some primer will fly.

I painted the engine with a mix of alclad airframe Aluminum and Gunmetal to give me that metallic look of an engine, i have the tranny painted in that color so ill snap a pic of it before it get weathered.

Im Very pleased with the Engine.

That engine is too legit. Looks like it just got yanked out of a used vehicle ! great work on the manifolds and the subtle oil effects

incredible work on the engine! i second TBadger's comment, it looks like you took a real engine and magically scaled it down!

thanks guys, ive been around truck engines a lot in my uncles yard so i just went at it until i had something that looked similar :)
