T-33A 1/48 (Academy), Review & Build

Hi, Guys!

I just finished the build. A full build video will be up soon, but it'll take me bit to sort through the 20+ hours of recordings and edit them into a 15min. video.

However, here's a bit of eye-candy. I hope you like it:

Nice looking aircraft. I've always liked the lines of the F-80/T-33. It would have been interesting if Kelly Johnson could have had it ready to go against the Germans 262.

That's a superb build!! I love the natural metal finish you've achieved. I'll take a look at the video.

Thanks AJ-
I have finished editing the last of the 6 videos today.
I will be putting one of them online every other day.
Thanks for tuning in!
Cheers,
Guido

Hey exactly what is that tool your using in the video I, it has a black handle and a brass and silver tip, looks like a mini xacto or a scribing tool, But going too fast for me to see exactly what it is..

OH and I have "pin-vise" envy... Yes I know what that rhymes with :-X

I don't know where you got yours but I want one!

Hello, hook!
It's TAMIYA 74020 Design Knife. I prefer a shorter blade to the usual hobby blades.
A good pin vise is a must-have.
Thanks for watching!

Good stuff here, lots of tips and really useful content. Thanks for posting these Tailor.

Very nice looking T-33 also.

Patiently waiting for the painting video... ;D
Just kidding. Can't get over the amount of sanding and polishing you've done.

Thanks for watching!
UNfortunately I can not (yet) flim in my spraybooth, but I have good step-by-step footage. The final vid No. 6 will be uploaded today (I hope).
Cheers,
Guido
