Superman fan -film project (retry)

I'm working on a superman project and am in need of a scale model metropolis, big enough to fit on an averaged sized dinner table for city shots. Studio and everything else is set up for other shots like flying scenes and everything, but where I live isn't city enough. I'd like perhaps to find someone who can create a papercraft version of metropolis, because I believe that's the cheapest way to go. If there are any other suggestions of how to go about doing this, please let me know. My 3d renderer is not skilled enough to make a city model. And I don't have time try and figure out how to make one myself not do I know anyone where I'm at. Please help. Let's negotiate something and even add your name to the credits after my project is done. Thanks much. Can't wait to hear from you folks.

I'm not always on here. I understand it also takes time to make these things. I'll be patient while it's done and film other parts while waiting to do far away shots. Thanks again.
