I'll share my nerdy opinion, Initially if it wasn't on the apple page I would have thought the starting was a fan film. But the more I watch the more I'm liking it, the falcon looked very CGI like a clip from a game too flat and clean (nice dish though) and that droid sucks. Don't like the sabre at the end either, The X Wings were cool....hated the helmets the pilots wore though....and I don't like the new Storm Trooper costume....the speeder bike was nice BUT all this doesn't really matter as long as the STORY is good that's what ruined the prequels, boring over complicated tax deals and trade routes zzzzzzzzzzzz. And I think that voice over sounds like Benedict...? Still very excited about it.

The broad sabre as I've seen it called makes sense for a franchise that has made the removal of hands a regular occurrence and I'm not disappointed at all.
The negative dish commenters obviously don't remember the final battle in Jedi where the round dish got smashed off.
Apparently it is not Benedict even though it sounds like him, but the score is new from John Williams just for the trailer.
