Me touching up the x-wing parking wall and the power distobuion boxes.

Hi guys I should have uploaded this one yesterday, but it just became one of those days.

Any way in this clip I decided to start paint the power cables. and one thing i learned while doing this was I suck big time at painting free hand, painting the black went OK. but then you need to cower up were you don't want any black, think this diorama is becoming a bit of a Monday example.

Enough of me rambling, here it is.

Hi guys, sorry for not uploading the Sunday video for you. But this model is almost finished, and I had to split episode 12 in to two parts just to stretch the material a bit. And i haven't dumped the last filmed material on to my computer.

[Then go and do it, your lazy bum (my inner voice tells me)]

And so I will, and i found 3 new recordings.

And episode 11 is uploading as I write, and here it is.

So I took two new closeup images, the other images get a bit grainy when you zoom in to much. and I see now were i have missed to paint, so i need to fix that before this one goes in for storage.

The snow speeder trying to trip up the walker was something i did at the spur of the moment, and the two other are raised fo the base using a small peas of wire from a bread bag.

It took a bit of work to get the sewing thread to bend the way i wanted, but super glue works fore a lot of things. ;D

The icing effect in the trench as well on the slop on the top bottom right image & the lover bottom left cam out just as wanted it.

Unfortunately I'm getting another cold, so i may just sleep this weekend away and hope i come out slugging on Monday.

Nice seeing this built as is out of the box

I got this kit right after seeing Empire Back in 1981.

I used to use it as a toy so some of the pieces got lost/broke. I put aside the AT-ATs that came with the kit and used the MPC At-Ats instead. They were a bit big (1/110 scale vs the 1/144 ish scale on the figures) but they sure seemed better matched size wise compared to the small At-Ats in the kit

They had the matching size Rebel Base companion kit as well

Well the only thing that got a makeover was the X-wing, did that one wen i did the Rebel base.
