I had to modify them a little by giving them legs,open mouths and flapping wings which was really simple.

If you do by any birds from them bear in mind that a 1/24 scale bird is more like 1/72 and a 1/12 scale bird is more like 1/24 so when choosing go for a scale higher than what you need.
