Looking pretty good. That's an LCVP (from Italeri, I assume?), which is a good bit smaller than these LCMs.

FWIW, I started building Gecko's LCA (the British counterpart to your LCVP) about a year and a half ago, but it's on hold. You can see my progress with it over on Scalemates, but this photo should tell you a lot about the kit's basic accuracy, and why I didn't feel like continuing work on it (though I will finish it one of these days):

Basically, if you want an accurate LCA, you can use the hull, the deck, and some detail parts, but almost everything else needs to be replaced because correcting it is impossible
