Hi guys. This is a 1/6th scale head of the character Shaun from the movie "Shaun of the Dead" that i painted for a client. He did not want a lot of shading. I wouldve gone a little more extreme since the actor is very pale but it had to match a hand from an articulated body that he sent me. Still a lot of fun to paint. Im slowly getting use to working this small. I usually paint much larger stuff. I would love to hear your thoughts.

Hey, that is an excellent finish on Shaun's face, Dave! Well done! Even if your client didn't want him as pale as in real life, your colors look spot-on. The treatment of his eyes, his mouth, and the shading--really, excellent!

If this is the smallest face you've painted so far, then how big is your usual scale?

Love it! Is this a cast piece, or an original sculpt? The un-painted version looks like super sculpey firm.
