So I've picked up another kit from the hobby lobby 40% off sale the Revell 1:72 F-22 Raptor.

I picked this kit up cause I felt it was worth my time and had a chance of being decent because the F-22 is a rather newer kit.

How ever I'm at a point in the build were I'm just down right confused.

I am at the point in which I'm installing the air intake box's and cargo bays into the lower hualed of the aircraft.

Except something isn't quite right they aren't fitting correctly and I'm not sure if I built or installed something wrong prior.

But it just doesn't make sensePXL_20221206_012610846.jpgPXL_20221206_012552953.MP.jpgPXL_20221206_012544757.jpg

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you have them attached to the plate, I would say remove them, fit them into the fuselage then put the plate behind them. I mean part 25 in the directions.

I built that kit, had trouble putting fuselage together. A little sanding and cutting assured a great fit.

Ya I wound up going for a completely closed fuselage because the parts for the wheels and ordance we're so fragile and didn't really have great attaching points I was doing a lot of damage plus the doors to the bays were also a night mare
