Requests for 3D printing?

My wife is a 3D animator and we're exploring the possibility of a Shapeways shop for 3D printable items.

She's already created a couple different Christmas ornaments for friends that turned out really nice.

The material selection is so good now that fine scale modeling is a real possibility and because it's based on 3D models you can easily produce pieces at any scale.

Are there particular items that modelers here are looking for? Are there things that you wish existed but currently don't? Let me know your thoughts.

Shapeways uses SLS - Selective laser sintering

As for materials, Frosted Detail and Frosted Ultra Detail seem to have the highest detail level (though at a higher price point.)

I'd love to see a 1/32 scale Jacobs R755 radial engine.
I've been looking for one (or several) for years.
