Whats your bench look like? I just got back into the hobby so no airburhs yet or fancy stuff but Im building up my paints and tools. Just curious as to what some of you use such as new gadgets or tools.

I'm restricted for space so tried to pack as much in as I could. You're going to need a cushion on that chair though.

I'm in the middle of a build so it's a little bit in disarray.
However it's never "Pantherman tidy" :D (just kidding, brother).
The bench is a 6'x2½'. I'm using about half.

I started out with a little spice rack and some Testors paints to three racks. I still have and use my Testors along with my Vallejo.

A before and after.

It went from the one on the left to the way it is now, the one on the right.

You're not in short supply of brushes lol is that a B29 kit in the background?

Where did you get the desk light at? I have this one but if I don't put weight on the base it's sketchy. That's as far as I can get it. But it's only got 1 LED but I like the ring on yours.
I recently bought this lamp and it's great, really bright. Needs a USB connection.

PM'd you the link. It has a 5x magnifier and hooks to USB (comes with a wall wart)

I've got a similar one I bought years ago - 3x magnification, but it's a standard wall plug. That one usually clamps to my electronics bench, but is easily moved if I want to do extreme detail painting.

I started on a card table in the corner of our dining room and had my airbrush set up in the basement. I finally got to turn an entire spare bedroom into my hobby space which has been very nice to be able to do all the work in the same room. My bench is just one of those white plastic folding tables from wally world.

You asked for it!

A lot of people have seen this already, though, this is a popular and recurring topic.

To the right of the seat, I have this easel:

That's handy for tacking up instructions, reference pics or documents, etc.

But right now, I'm temporarily installed at the kitchen table, primarily for painting, since it gets a little chilly in the basement at this time of year.
