Kit manufacturer: Monogram re-issue of the old Aurora kit

Description
This was a re-release by Monogram of the original Phantom of the Opera by Aurora in the '60s.
This was molded in a translucent fluorescent orange plastic. I built him straight out of the box. A lot of gap filling and sanding was involved. I put a lot of painting detail into the prisoner in the base.
I used the description of the Phantom from the movie from the '20s to choose the skin color. He was sprayed with a coat of flat black as a primer, and then the colors hand painted and dry brushed.
