Yeah, I got a good price, paid $45 with shipping. Got it off of Ebay. Just curious, where do you find this stuff? (Other than Ebay.) I have bought three or four of them so far, and if you don't watch, they are pricey on evilbay.

It reminds me of the old robotech kits back from the 80's. I use to build a lot of those. This just seems a step up from them.

Hey Grendels, 45 is a great price! i paid 70 for mine. This perticular kit is long out of production.
I did allot of Robotech too and belive me this stuff blows it out of the water ;D
All of the new releses can be had online at Hobbylinkjapan.com, Ami,Ami.com, SSM and some others
If your lucky you can still find some of the older stuff at your LHS.

Thank you for the links, I knew about hobbylinkjapan, but never thought about looking there for these kits. It does make sense to look there. Their prices seem to be reasonable. I haven't built one of these kits yet, but I have opened boxes and looked.

I actually thought about building a robotech kit for this contest. I still have quite a few of them.

From what I can see you did great work on that base. I also want to thank you for the encouragement. I will get into some of the Ma.K. as soon as I get my painting skills up a little bit. I am still too rusty from my 12 year break in model building.
