As I am recently back into modeling and I'm still trying to figure out the junk from the good products, does anyone have a suggestion for good paint brushes?
Not for painting the whole model, just for little detail work.

Thanks in advance!

I have a couple of really fine Tamiya brushes for small stuff, but most of my brushes came from Hobby Lobby and/or Michaels. I have an old bit gulp cup full of brushes from various places.

If you mean for "detail work" in terms of weathering, just get synthetics from AMMO or AK. If you want to actually *paint* something by hand, I would recommend some kolinsky brushes from a brand like Da Vinci, which is inexpensive but solid quality.

I like the Artist's Loft brand. I've never had a problem with them, but I also use the synthetic brushes that you can buy by the bag for just couple of dollars at hobby lobby, walmart and the dollar stores.
