AKE: Come on, you know you want to light up that falcon!!
Just kidding, putting in lights takes up a lot of time before you can assemble and paint. The falcon build is excellent work.
Thanks Quaralane, the kit was designed with lighting in mind, which makes some of this easier.
Gary, get yourself some Micro Krystal Klear. That is the best thing I have found other than black silicon to glue in fibers. Black silicone is a pain because it only comes in caulking tubes in my location. One tube is enough to glue down fibers for 40 models, but good luck keeping the tube from drying out before you use it all. The Krystal Klear works great. It dries pretty fast, and is thick enough to hold the fibers in place while you do other work. I did glue them down in two or three batches though. I didn't want to push my luck too hard.
