So as i am looking at my allied and German minis I realize that the colors are way of. So I decided I am going to re do them, so I'm starting whit my U.S Infantry (Europe 1942-1945) guys.

And the first of the block are my Bazooka boys, here i have just finish painting the helmets and the lower part of the body. And yes the helmets got a bit darker then before.

Here they are after i joined the two halves whit some green stuff to hide the huge gap between the parts.

And as i did some research on the bazooka i found out is was green, and not gunmetal color as the instruction wanted. So after i re painted it in a lighter gunmetal color, I had to re do it green.

To match the original.

So this is how they look now.

And here is an image to show the new and the old colors.

Right now I'm working on trying to remove the right arm seam, you can see a bit of liquid green under the bazooka on the right arm.

And here is the final product.

I'll be putting them in paint striper in a few min, and cleaning them this afternoon. so I'll be back soon.

So I striped all remaining infantry units last weekend and had a bit of an assembly line going on this past week. The only thing that took time is allowing for the liquid green stuff to dry between sessions.

And here is the final result.

Some minor finishing touches and there are finished.
