Hi and welcome to the heard. I feel your pain as I have also had to move to ever decreasing build areas as the wife decides that my space (which hasn't been used before) has now become the most usable space in the house!!

All of my bench can be unscrewed quickly, the spray booth comes apart and can be used for transporting other bits like brushes, glues and similar.

It can all be taken apart and ready for moving in about 20mins. Even the white backboards and shelves are stuck in place with blue tac.
