Mobelwagon vs. Plane

[PANZERMAN]

Another dusty relic from my collection. This was the 1st time doing a 1/72 vehicle conversion.
Used basic Airfix Pz.4's lower hull w/ scratchbuilt new squared off glasic plate & made a recessed
gun platform. Also scratched the 4 side drop panels & rear boagie wheel brackets. All molded on
tools scraped off & replaced. Tracks are CMK replacements.


Quad 20mm is Hasagawa kit, added gun sight/control arm & ammo. magazines. Crew are converted
Hasagawa, Italeri, and Fujimi figures.


Added painted sprue blasts to barrels to show gun in action.

I love it! You don't see enough "in action" dioramas. Nice touch with the half dug mine. I can imagine that the crew of the mobilewagon were placing them (busy work) before they were interupted with an over-flying enemy aircraft. Alot of fun. Thanks for sharing.
