At a flee market I've found for 0,50 euros some WIng Gundam models. One is the perfect candidate for some original building, even though it's already built (by someone else, not very talented...). So I thought it could be interesting to post it here...
It's the Mercurius shown in Wing Gundam. It's a Bandai model kit, 1/144, nothing fancy but I like its design, it can be a good one with some modification and a good painting.
The original mecha design is this.
The model kit is this, even the stickers weren't put correctly.
There a lot of details to be re-done. I've already put apart some parts that can be the good candidates to upgrade this model kit. Some spheres for the shoulders, plastic card to fill voids, modify some shape... And new hands.
That will wait, though, my return in Paris in 5 weeks. Sorry about that... Don't have any Gundam model kits with me in the Pyrenees mountains.
