Kudos for your progress on this model.

I have one of these kits that I thought about starting as a long-term project.

Then I visited the USS Constitution in Charlestown Navy Yard near Boston and looked up at the rigging and decided then and there that I would NEVER attempt to reproduce the complexity of the actual rigging!

If anything I'd go with a simpler "representation" because I'm a chicken  ;^)
