I checked out Dave's site. He doesn't appear to print one-off custom decals for customers. That's OK. I can use Testor's clear decal sheets plus spray-on bonder. I have an HP Officejet printer I need color ink cartridges for. The decals will be gold. Black, cyan, magenta and yellow can combine to produce gold pigment. Microsoft Paint has a ruler function for measurement in inches or pixel count for sizing graphics objects once scale is determined. I don't have an expensive vector image program like Corel Draw.

One cannot use a color printer to print WHITE decals.
