i need help on how to do this effectively on a british green desert tank (chieftain), i need help for general weathering, i.e dust streaks etc. :-\ i really have a very tight budget so the cheapest option is best . i'm thinking humbrol sand pigment for sand, and just rub it all over, and the matt coat hold it, buff and raw umber oil paints for streaks, and a fine brush with metal paint for chips but i'm really stuck since i don't know...
