ive just brought my dad a model of the tirpitz he hasnt done a model in years and i brought him an academy and the thing is in Japanese he can follow the build no by no

but its the paint scheme thats the problem does anybody no in tamiya colours what one i need to get him

If I could see a photo of the color schemes on the instructions, that would help, but here is something that might help you a lot.

Hey geegad, the colors you are looking for are, xf-54 dark sea gray, xf-24 dark gray, xf-2 flat white, xf-1 flat black, ts-65 deck tan, and ts-33 hull red. The ts colors I believe are in a spray can. See if your dad will post some pics!
