Hello everyone!
My name is Steven Sutton and I'm pretty new to building models. I've got lots of experience in 3D printing and laser cutting though. My partner, Kat, is a fine artist and she's been pushing me to build scenes with her.
We build landscapes and scenery inside of infinity cubes and use polyfill stuffing and LEDs to make them simulate custom weather. Here are some of the cubes that we've built so far (this is my first post, so I hope I get the image code right) -
Anyway, I'm looking forward to learning more about some of the really cool techniques I see here for fabrication and detail and I'd love the opportunity to share what I know about controlling LEDs and rapid prototyping stuff!
