You can use stretched sprue.

 or use masking tape, 2 pieces - one on each side of the panel line and then 'fill' in between the masking tape with putty. After it cures remove the tape and you'll have a raised line. It might need some work after the fact to get it to the same contour etc...as the molded panel lines.
