I am still pretty new with this too (I did build when I was like 10-12 but yeah I stoped after a while  anyway back to your question!

for now I only use Tamiya's paint. in (jar) I think the name is?

There is great videos out there on the tube, how you easy work with spray can

your local playz were you did but the other stuff. they should sell this too.
