Figure Painting How ???

G'Day All,

Didn't someone post a figure painting howto, based on a layering technique ?

I think it was an Orc 25 mm figure/miniature.

Can't seem to find it - does anyone have a link to it by any chance ?

While I don't recall an orc specifically, if it is figure painting you are looking for in a general sense, Vallejo have a good layering tutorial/walkthrough for acrylics on their site.

Youtube has an explosion of video content on the subject over the past couple of years, Awsomepaintob by Les Bursley is a good mix of airbrush and sable, Thepaintingclinic is also good to watch. Many, many more...

Off the top of my head, I would imagine that would have been AKE. He does a lot of that stuff on his youtube channel.

He does tutorials, but you have to look for them a bit. Just read the titles of his videos, the tutorials say tutorial in them.
