I finally finished unmasking all of the saucer windows, top and bottom. The thickness of the paint layers caused some damages around a few windows, mainly around the upper decks and bridge section so I’ll need to repair those, as well as generally touching up all over. Something I knew would be needed so no big drama. I’ve tried to replicate the way it’s lit onscreen so every lit window position matches the real miniature, except Picard’s quarters...I couldn’t leave those long windows unlit! I’ve probably got a few wrong but hopefully not many!

So here’s a quick look at how it looks right now (remember, the windows are in a raw “un-plucked” state)
