So, I just discovered Arthur Pendragon's free Star Trek Aztec templates.
They seem easy to use and with a little trim work, they seem like they will work on your kits. The only problem is..they're low res.
I'm NOT plagiarizing or taking from his work here, but I just want to have a nice high res version of his awesome templates. and also something where I can tweak the colors as needed.
I'm resetting these bad boys in illustrator and using pms colors. Hopefully, when I'm done, I'll have an embellished set of decals.
The color isn't this bad. But when I compressed the file into a jpg..the colors changed on me.
But anyway, here is a quick work in progress on the saucer top detail.
