I can provide you with the printable artwork, in any scale, as vector artwork.

Best option is a PDF, and being vector it can be rescaled with zero resolution loss.

Problem is, you really don't want an entire sheet of different designs.

Its a big waste of decal paper, isn't it?

It might be better to pick a barricade tape design, and get a few horizontal strips (in the length and scale you want)?

If I can suggest, go for the standard lined tape (second one down below) and avoid the lettered (at such small scale).
