Found this in the jewelry making section. It's not as good as the top line cutters like Xuron but compared to Testors is it an improvement. The cost is $5.00 and is almost 2x the thickness of the handles. I've had a Testors brand flush cutter for just over 8 months and it is ready for the trash, just from plastics and PE. Granted they aren't designed for cutting PE but still steel over brass?? So it does a very good job of what it is suppose to do, make flush cuts. Leaves very little material on the part and what is left is taken care of with sanding sticks.files with ease..For what they cost they worth $5 bucks..When your budget won't allow to spend the extra 5-8 dollars this is a good alternative.. Thanx
