I've had this kit in the garage for 20+ years, I wanted to build my father's hot rod, (Ford, 1930 5 Window Coupe) so I opened the box, purchased paints, files, tweezers, brushes, anything to help on the bench. I began altering the body and I think I got pretty close. Still mostly brush painting with rattle can body. I did discover the world of aftermarket detail parts, (such as pre-wired distributor) and such, using them to try to match the spark plug wire arrangement my father and I did for his car. Came out nice, and the skills were slowly coming back to me, along with all of the cool tools to make it easier. A picture of the real car is included.
