I had it but ended up selling it. Its a sought after kit and it looked good in the box.

Finally arrived. Can’t wait until I start on this build after the OV-10A Bronco.

Ummmm, that is NOT the kit that you originally posted. If you paid for the Academy kit, you didnt get it.

Yeah. I ordered it from a different vendor. I just wanted a helicopter to build and this looked like a good one.
I think I posted the original picture just for reference.
I paid for the Revell kit as it was considerably less expensive. Maybe I got what I paid for. IDK

No, the Revell kit is a good one. Its pretty old though. The molds were made in 1981. That is just the latest re boxing. I have a couple in the stash and have built a few over the years. Its a solid kit. Accurate for a C model I believe. Not sure if there are any different parts for the G version or just new decals. The interior lacks high detailing, but I believe you can find after market for a lot of things.
You should have an enjoyable build with it just straight OOB.

I’m not one to add a lot of extra details. If it’s in the box it will be used.
I am still debating whether to build this or the B-17F Flying Fortress after I’m done with the OV-10A Bronco.
