Brakiri cruiser

Giant work You are doing installing all those pins. It is indeed a job of 7 time measuring and once cutting. Well done!

Here is the next part. In this segment, I glue up the major parts. This thing is a big 3D puzzle it was quite a bear to put together......

Brakiri Cruiser: A mess with Glue...

She is glued up and because of the pins, very, very solid!!

One of my cats knocked her off the desk and didn't break her.

That looked like you needed an extra pair of hands. It was good you had Nellie there.

I had no idea what catnip was, so had to look it up. Apparently 10-30% of cats don't respond to it and kittens aren't fully susceptible to its effects until around 12 weeks old. Fascinating.

It was a bit frustrating. Even then I don't think I got it aligned correctly. Everything is squared up, and nothing is wrong, I just think that the central body is off a bit.

I knew that there are a few cats that just don't like catnip. But I didn't know that kittens don't get affected by it until after 12 weeks...

Thanks for the info!

That was a bit of a stressful rush for a minute there wasn't it. ;)

Looking good.

Whew! Way to show grace under pressure. Excellent Job Grendels!!!

P.S. I agree with you on the syringe type epoxy. It's sometimes hard for me to get an equal amount of both parts when it gets a little funky.

And who said modeling doesn't teach selfcontrol? :)
Nice job even under the pressure of drying glue, well done!

Yeah after I found it in these bottles, I won't use that syringe stuff anymore. Just doesn't work right to me. I end up throwing away half of it.
