Todd I'm skimming through your chipping/salt technique and have a question. You sprayed down a thin layer of "Effects" and/or HS then sprinkled some salt to taste. Before your second application are you letting the Effects/HS with salt dry first? If so how long is the drying time, and if not wouldn't the paint layer seep underneath the grains of salt? I'm curious to how this works because it is so very useful looking forward.
