"At the Frontier" M4A3 76mm VVSS Med. Tank W.I.P.

Sept. 1944 along the Siegfried Line. 3d Armd Div. M4A3 76mm Medium Tank VVSS looking East. Tasca 1/35th A3 Sherman with Value Gear stowage mixed with some styrene stowage bits and some Black Dog items. Still a work in progress like tying down the stowage and radio antenna. A few markings on the tank. A couple of figures and some more terrain work. I am using Silfor grasses and some Hudson & Allen Forrest litter. I also tried the Armor Farm "grain" the tall stalks you see, I found those better suited to 1/16 to 1/25th scales. I had to cut much of the pieces down and I think the grain stalks loose much of their "coolness"
