Anyone use Testor's Creaet FX washes?

I just happened upon some of Testor's Create FX washes in both acrylic and enamel. Has anyone ehard of or used these yet? If so, what are your thoughts?

I picked up some of the black to try, it wasn't really black it was like a really dirty brown to me. Seems to be OK stuff though.
