Name of Build: TNG Industries MK.1 #141238 InterStellar Tow ship
Kit manufacturer: Scratch Built
Scale: 1/32nd
Description
This is my own original design for a deep space towing ship from the year 3011 a.d.
It is built from 6", 4,1/2" and 3" PVC pipe, 3/8" plywood, various thicknesses of styrene sheet, mouthwash bottle caps, swimming pool filter pump accessories, greeblies from ships, motorbikes and tanks, various sizes of styrene and plastic tubes, 'U' channel, 'T' channel and 'H' channel styrene profiles, Worcestershire sauce bottle caps, detergent bottle caps and many many Vodka pouring spouts.
The MK1 has an approximate overall length of 32", a width of 24" and weighs about 55 lbs.
The entire build took me two years to complete and including some tooling, cost me about $800.
