VEHICLES (new build*)
DIORAMAS (new build)*
JUNIORS (new build)* 17 years of age and under. Open to all genres.

*What is a new build? A new build is a kit that you have not started...at all. No cleanup, no gluing, no painting. Parts that have fallen off sprues is OK.

You can: open the box, open the bags, look at the sprues & read instructions.

* What is a diorama? Here's the formula:
Vehicle = Not diorama
Vehicle + Simple Base = Not diorama
Vehicle + Simple Base + Figure = Diorama
Vehicle + Figure = Diorama
Figure + Base = Diorama
Winny the Pooh + A hunk of plywood + The General Lee = Diorama

I simply have to draw the line somewhere.
