I built this for my brother in law for Christmas. It was fun to change it up and work on something larger scale than I'm used to. My bro in law really liked it. When I showed a picture of it to my dad, he was convinced that it was real...always a bonus

I have a bunch of the Verlinden 1/4 and Trumpeter and Dragon 1/3 weapons like this.

One of the Verlinden ones is an early war 1/4 .30 cal MG with the water jacket

Ugh, I remember dousing the breech block in tranny fluid trying to keep these things firing. We used these beasts as coax mounts in our tank trainers up until the mid-90's. You've certainly done it justice! Excellent build!
