Hello again everyone.

I had read some really good reviews about this kit from Revell, so I just had to build it.

I have to say, this is one of the best engineered kits I've seen from Revell. No flash and no fit problems. The decals were a little thick though, but with some micro sol over a gloss cote they went on great. I will buy and build another one of this kit as Revell gives the option of building the early or late versions and it's an excellent product for the price.

This is my first German WW2 fighter I've ever built and never before painted the unique camouflage patterns on them by airbrushing it free handed. Once you get started on the mottling process, the technique gets easier. The next one will look a lot nicer when I have the mottling perfected.

Here are the pictures, please enjoy and let me know what could be done better next time.

Thank you,
Joe

I love the One-oh-Nines. Very nice finish on your build. The new Gustav kit looks to be a real winner for Revell, and the price is right.

Great work , Looks like a great kit, might give it a try some time :)
