    Mr. Surfacer 1000 clean up

This is really helpful info. Yes , as for right now it would just be for cleaning up (brushes, and maybe some removal of excess with a Qtip on seams, etc.) This is all new territory for me. so I'll take all the help I can get. I appreciate it! Best Regards

    Mr. Surfacer 1000 clean up

    Mr. Surfacer 1000 clean up

    Water mixable oil color

I have been using these almost exclusively for weathering and have used it interchangeably with both water and "mineral spirits" (for me, technically Weber Odorless Turpenoid) i.e. apart from being mixable/cleaned with water, you can use any other oil paint medium/thinner you would use with...

    Water mixable oil color

It's compatible with mineral spirits . You can thin it with water or mineral spirits . For something like a wash you'll probably get better results using mineral spirits . Experiment on some scrap material so you have a good feel for how it performs . Good info on everything about the water...

    Hello from Hogansville, GA.!!

Sprue cutters are great for removing each part . A hobby knife ( Xacto ) for part cleanup . Either files or sanding sticks will work . You don't need to buy hi-end tools , nail files will usually work fine . Might need some tweezers but you should be able to get thru most kits without them...
