I did a little reorganization of my work area. Main build Bench - most of my tools are in the small drawer units. Home-made paint booth - racks on top are my acrylics...compressor hides in the left-back, top drawer of right unit holds my airbrushes when not in use. Ducting from the 195cfm fan...

Oldie but goodie to get me back into the swing of things.

Finished this up - at least to where I want the first iteration to be...learning curve and all that. There's errors, there's issues...but I did re-learn some skills doing this...so next time it'll come out much better. The Matchboxes underneath are what's left of my collection that once...

    3 million $ X-wing

To be fair, reading the article, it was the one used for Red Leader in the first film...so quite old and pretty noteworthy...Red 5 probably would have pulled more in.

My current favorite channel is Barbatos Rex - he does a lot of testing of various paints, mainly for airbrush use...he also tests inexpensive airbrushes...I've purchased a couple based on his recommendations and am happy with them.

    Painting section...HOW TO?!?!

I keep hearing about it - but being on a budget, I just keep using my 'same-old, same-old'. Thins enamel, lacquer and acrylic paint, cleans my airbushes, even strips enamel, lacquer or acrylic paint from models. At $22 for a gallon from my local Menards, it's very budget friendly too.
