Nice job. I built one last fall. They're a great kit. I was luck that I had a left over 50 cal that I migrated the barrel to the 50 cal that came with the tank. The one with the kit was really out of proportion(small).

Had so much rainy weather lately that I broke out a kit that was for the fall. A M26 Pershing. Needs it's flat clear and a little touch up but it's pretty much done. It's a another great model from Tamiya.

Finished the canopy this morning. Couldn't find a mask kit in stock so I wound up doing it with some Tamiya 6 mm masking tape that I ordered. It's really good stuff easy to work with

Here's the F6F and Zero side by side. Both are 1/32nd scale. Huge size difference. The F6F looks like the hammer the zero looks like it'd get nailed

There is also a Tamiya white water based putty that doesn't cure rapidly. Very good for giving a tank turret the cast look

Here's my F6F. Still needs some finishing touches and waiting on the rubber tires. The front windscreen fitment will need some adjustment so it's not fixed in place yet. Also I'm looking at making a better gunsight.

Started the Hasegawa F6F first. It will be followed a Hasagawa's latest version of the Zero then Trumpeters 262. This is a slow modeling time for me. Be spending a lot more time outside. It'll be a slow roll on the F6F. May finish it before summer. They all look like very nice kits

Thanks. Thought about the photo etched dress up kit but passed. Think I'll use those on larger scale builds.
